Hall of Shame
Just like we celebrate winners, it is also important that we celebrate (and record) those teams who finished at the bottom.
It’s hard - but every one of these teams managed to pull it off!
Our original trophy

2024
Julian Fohrman
Punishment: Second trip to DFL purgatory. The Wings of Death lived up to the name — by his own admission, the heat didn’t fade even 30 minutes after the final wing.

2023
Samantha Bright
Punishment: A custom-framed art piece, one wonderful “L” for every year of the league’s history, required to be displayed proudly in the house for a full year as a reminder to all guests.

2022
Jon Houtzer
Punishment: As a Michigan fan, he had to endure wearing THE SWEATER VEST during Michigan’s moments of triumph.
2021
Samantha Bright
Punishment: As a source of inspiration, Samantha was supposed to be roasted by Erin Andrews…instead, Crispy got roasted.

2020
Julian Fohrman
Punishment: As a graduate of both UW and WSU, Julian brought dishonor on both houses. We asked Coach Leach (RIP) to remind Julian of his failures as a manager and alum.

2019
Justin Baker
Punishment: This was JB’s second time being DFL, so we didn’t make him take the SAT again. Being an Oregon graduate is punishment enough.

2018
Justin Baker
Punishment: As was tradition at this point, JB had to take the SAT. His score, like Oregon’s National Championship hopes, is lost to time.

2017
Morgan O’Connor
Punishment: Morgan waited until THE last minute to complete her punishment. She cleared 1000 (barely). Just when you though Ohio State was THE academic institution in the Big 10…

2016
Ryan McAllister
Punishment: Ryan had to take the SAT by hand at Beer Star. He scored 1000, but only because the officials noticed he had actually arrived at the correct answer but somehow forgot how to color in the bubble on the test. Not elite.

2015
Chris Toomey
Punishment: The Commish was the first recipient of the SAT punishment. Despite being heckled by his friends and family, he scored 1330. It remains his greatest academic (and fantasy footbal) accomplishment.
Honorable mentions
The rest are the other losers that we didn’t bother to punish. You can just laugh at them.
- 2014: Chris Toomey
- 2013: Megan Toomey
- 2012: Brienne Beeson
- 2011: Samantha Arthur
